Key Accounts Manager - OEM Sales

Role & responsibilities:

• To identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts, skilfully presenting new product offerings, generating RFQs.
• To ensure the utmost satisfaction of key clients, by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and promptly addressing concerns in Delivery , Quality & Service (if any).
• Analyse market trends, stay updated with Bus, Truck, Commercial Vehicles and EV industry and identify opportunities to maximize business growth.
• Excellent coordination with internal stakeholders. Must bridge the gaps (if any) that ensures seamless and on time deliveries to the clients.
• Build a long-term relationship with key accounts by investing time and ensuring you become the go-to person for them.
• Aggressive approach to crack & close the deals, preparing techno-commercial quotations and having immense control over outstanding dues & negotiation.
• Meeting KPIs and Targets

Preferred candidate profile:

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing &, Bachelors Degree in Engineering / B Tech.
• Technical background is a must.
• Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience. Proven experience in automotive industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales acumen, with strong contacts in Commercial Vehicle Industry
• Previous experience must include automotive components industry experience with IATF Certification .
• Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and industry developments
• Process Oriented & Data Driven
• Excellent Decision maker.
