ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team management
• Clear understanding of Equity Markets
• Client/Business acquisition and Customer Relationship Management
• Market intelligence and competition analysis
• Individual sales
• Managing P&L
• Manage ancillary locations
• Work with Cash Future Arbitrage in pan-India

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Qualifications

• NISM-8
• Graduation (preferred: Finance)
• Experience in the stock broking industry
• CFA is a plus
• MBA is a plus

Skills

• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority
• Self-starter, self-motivated individual, open to initiating other value-added tasks, entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong ability to manage change and ambiguity
• Drive to achieve results
