We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead and manage the training initiatives in our stock broking firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure employees are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the broking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:
   
• Design and implement effective training programs tailored to stock broking operations and compliance.
• Ensure training materials align with industry regulations and company objectives.
2. Conduct Training Sessions:
   
• Deliver training on NISM certifications, trading platforms, investment products, and customer engagement strategies.
• Facilitate workshops on market trends, risk management, and financial planning.
3. Performance Assessment:
   
• Evaluate employee performance through assessments and feedback sessions.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback from managers.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   
• Ensure all training programs adhere to SEBI regulations and other industry standards.
• Stay updated on changes in the stock broking industry and incorporate them into training materials.
5. Team Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with department heads to align training objectives with business goals.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding and induction training.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
   
• Maintain training records and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and employee progress.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the stock broking or financial services industry.
• Mandatory NISM Series VIII Certification.
• Strong understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing e-learning modules.
• Knowledge of investment advisory services.
