We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to take on the role of National Head -
B2C Business (Broking & Wealth Management). This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible
for driving the growth of the organization's B2C business vertical, focusing on broking and wealth
management services.
The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in business development, exceptional
leadership skills, and the ability to forge and nurture relationships with High Net Worth
Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (Ultra-HNIs). This role demands an
individual who can lead large teams, deliver operational excellence, and strategically position the
organization as a market leader in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of wealth managers, relationship managers, and sales
professionals. Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
Provide personalized financial advice and wealth management solutions to Ultra HNI clients
Operational Excellence:
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and compliance.
Monitor and enhance service quality to exceed client expectations.
Market Insights & Strategy:
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve client offerings.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to broking and wealth management




Requirements Position : National Head
Requirements
Experience: 7-10 years in a similar role within a broking firm.
Certifications: All relevant NISM Modules & Certificates related to Wealth Management
Education: Post Graduate in Finance / Marketing / Management
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Equities, Derivatives and all Wealth Products
Proven leadership and large team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to implement effective growth strategies.
Proficient in market analysis, client relationship management, Team Management, and
compliance.




Job Qualification

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:8-10 years in broking, wealth management, or financial services.
Proven track record in business development and Team leadership. Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of broking platforms, wealth management tools, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in financial products like equities, mutual funds, bonds, and alternative
investments.
Soft Skills:
