Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We welcome hospitality professionals to join our team! We're seeking an experienced HR Manager with a background in hotels and restaurants to lead our human resources function. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the growth and success of our hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with business objectives.
2. Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts, develop talent management programs, and ensure succession planning for hotel and restaurant staff.
3. Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and manage employee relations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
5. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in hospitality services.
6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in the hospitality industry.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage HR budgets and control costs.
9. Reporting and Analytics: Provide HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions.
10.Language: Fluency in English and Kannada is a must.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotels and restaurants).
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HR software and systems.
