Job Description

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

a. Lead the recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.

b. Champion initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and professional development.

3. Performance Management:

a. Establish and oversee a robust performance management system that drives high performance and supports career development.

b. Provide training and support to managers on effective feedback and performance coaching techniques.

4. Attendance Management:

a. Administer attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking and adherence to company policies.

b. Analyze attendance data to identify trends, address issues proactively, and support overall workforce efficiency.

5. Documentation Creation and Management:

a. Maintain impeccable records of employee data, contracts, and organizational policies.

b. Oversee the creation and revision of HR documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational values.

6. Compliance and Policy Development:

a. Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

b. Review and update HR policies and practices to reflect changes in the law and industry standards.

7. Employee Relations:

a. Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a positive working environment.

b. Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster an open and inclusive culture.

8. Compensation and Benefits:

a. Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.

b. Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation trends to inform pay structure decisions.

9. Training and Development:

a. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs to enhance employee capabilities.

b. Promote continuous learning and upskilling to support employee and organizational growth.

10. HR Metrics and Reporting:

a. Utilize HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
