Manufacturing Engineer

Position Duties  

• Collaborate with the Sales team to review and close complex projects by providing manufacturing expertise for quoting, design reviews, issue resolution, setting expectations, and managing supplier placement.
• Work with Project Management to solve project issues, providing manufacturing expertise for negotiations with customers and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Partner with leadership to expand and manage the supply chain, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective sourcing.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to expand our partnerships
• Develop systems and processes to scale the Manufacturing team in alignment with company growth objectives.
• Support Operations by providing supplier grading and assessment to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as required to support the success of Sales and Operations teams.

Position Expectations 

To perform the position successfully, an individual is expected to demonstrate the following:

• Expertise in manufacturing processes for injection molding and CNC, with direct hands-on experience.
• Strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively prevent issues during the pre-sales phase and solve complex problems during project execution.
• Excellent communication skills, both in speaking and writing, with proficiency in English.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both suppliers and customers.
• High organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Role & responsibilities
