Role & responsibilities

Project Execution: Planning and Coordination

Lead projects from planning through execution, including resource management, timelines & budgets controls, Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain to align project goals & deliverables.

Design and Drafting:

Utilize AutoCAD to create precise 2D technical drawings and schematics for manufacturing systems and components.

New Product Manufacturing Setup:

Lead the setup and commissioning of new manufacturing lines, including the installation of equipment, development of efficient processes, and training of personnel.

Process Optimization:

Enhance manufacturing processes by integrating advanced technologies & methodologies to boost efficiency & elevate product quality.

Tools and Fixtures Development:

Design and fabricate custom tools and fixtures to support production processes and ensure precision in manufacturing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with a strong focus on project management and with specific experience in manufacturing process, tools and fixtures development, conveyor systems and new product manufacturing setups.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects related to process optimization, system integration, and new product setups.
