Lead - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

• Independently (individual contributor role) manage end to end Human Resources function for Company. Responsibility includes HR Ops, employee life cycle management, statutory compliances, recruitment, talent acquisition
• Knowledge about various statutory functions, Government regulations
• Recruiting experience in AI/ ML/ Gen AI, SAAS Product, Data Management domain
• Hands on sourcing experience from various portals
• Experience working with headhunters/ vendors for sourcing
• Follows and establishes HR processes to achieve SLAs/metrics
• Should be prompt and fast in actions
• Excellent written and communication skills (must have)
• Go-Getter / proactive/ high energy willing to work under pressure

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of experience as HR Generalist with sound experience in statutory regulations, recruitment, employee life cycle management in startup environment
• Preferable academic background in engineering or science
• Direct recruiting experience in AI/ ML/ Gen AI, SAAS Product, Cloud, Data Management domain
• Ability to take ownership and execute with minimal supervision
• Experience establishing HR processes or addressing gaps
• Experience working as individual contributor with various stakeholder
• Ability to be enterprising, self starter, goal achiever, use various tools/ techniques for HR management, manage employee engagement
