General Manager - Accounts

Trilok Infracon (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced General Manager Accounts to lead our finance and accounts department in Siliguri. The ideal candidate, a Chartered Accountant (CA), will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning, ensuring the smooth financial functioning of the company.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and financial reporting standards.
Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage audits, banking relations, and financial risk assessment.
Lead and mentor the accounts team for effective performance.

Requirements :
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
10+ years of experience in accounting finance, preferably in the construction or
infrastructure sector.
Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
