Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFSI/Manufacturing/Infrastructure (8-10 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as an AGM / DGM - Finance & Accounts (Treasury). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in treasury management, banking relationships, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.

- This role involves working closely with banks, financial institutions, and auditors to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Management:

- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and fund management.

- Optimize working capital and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.

- Monitor forex transactions and risk management strategies.

Banking & Financial Institution Liaison:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Negotiate loan agreements, credit facilities, and interest rates.

- Ensure compliance with banking covenants and reporting requirements.

Financial Planning & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

- Work with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance and financial reporting.

- Develop financial models, forecasts, and risk assessment reports.

Accounts & MIS Reporting:

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports for management review.

- Implement internal controls and cost optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: CA/ CFA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Experience: 8-12 years in finance, banking, and regulatory compliance.

Skills:

- Strong experience in banking, fund raising, and treasury operations.

- Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and compliance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- BFSI, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or similar sectors.
