Job Description :
Trilok Infracon (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure at the Siliguri office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, providing technical support, and improving technological processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and
databases.
Ensure cybersecurity and implement data backup protocols.
Install and configure software and hardware systems.
Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and improve processes.
Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend improvements.

Requirements :
3+ years of experience in IT support or network management.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Proficiency in network management and cybersecurity protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
