Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our company s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various tech devices, networks, purchases, maintenance, repairs, and liquidation of tech assets. This position requires someone with excellent technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to managing IT resources effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all technology devices, including computers, servers, printers, and other peripherals.

Oversee the company s network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.

Plan and execute the procurement of IT equipment and software, considering budgetary constraints and company requirements.

Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.

Coordinate repairs and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, either internally or with external vendors.

Manage the disposal or liquidation of outdated or non-functional tech assets in cost-effective manner.

Provide technical support and guidance to staff on IT-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software component.
