Responsibilities:

 

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage our audience across various platforms.

Influencer Management: Identify, collaborate, and maintain relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Content Production Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of high-quality content (video, blogs, social media posts, etc) in line with our brand s voice and vision.

Partnerships with Brands : Build and manage partnerships with external brands to create impactful marketing campaigns and collaborations.

Event Participation: Coordinate and manage company participation in relevant industry events, ensuring brand presence and engagement.

Podcast Management : Oversee the production and promotion of the company s podcast, ensuring consistent and quality content.

Team Management : Lead a team of content creators, ensuring timely and creative delivery of projects with measurable outcomes.

Agency & Content Creator Management: Work closely with external agencies and content creators, ensuring they deliver results that align with the companys goals.

Performance Monitoring : Measure and report the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.

 

Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and content production. 2. Strong project management and organizational skills. 3. Ability to lead and inspire a creative team. 4. Experience managing external agencies and partnerships. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
