Area Sales Manager

Job Purpose

To drive the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the locations(s) while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

• Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales

Functional

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the Profit and loss of the Territory
• Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory
• To accomplish and maintain desired ROTA and tap the available potential for retail business in the market
• Drive promotional activities by Partnering with Dealers
• Monitoring and reporting of residual management performance on a weekly basis to Regional management
• Report on all deviations to Regional Management and ensure corrective actions are taken

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in handling Sales & Collection of 3Wheeler loan /TW Loans/Car Loans/ Commercial Vehicle loans Products

Functional Competencies

• Industry insights & knowledge of regulations around commercial financing
• Exposure across multiple geographies
• Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills

Behavioral Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• People Management skills
