Job description:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues with the system or application.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track client issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct system or application testing to identify and resolve any bugs or errors.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information to provide appropriate solutions.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer support tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0.6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required."

Kishore did not guide me to get over this terrible situation saying that neither Kishore nor Trigent can help me in this. Therefore, I had a very bad experience
