Job description:

As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve driving incident, issue, and outage management, as well as investigation and restoration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Assist customers with technical issues and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Assist in the development and improvement of IT support processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Service Operations.
- Strong understanding of IT support principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- This position is based in Mumbai.
- A 15 years full-time education is required."
