Instructional Designer

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with the Learning and Development team to design and develop course content using Rise 360.
• Learn and adapt to the organization's tools for creating navigational videos and other learning materials.
• Assist in the development of content outlines, storyboards, videos, and eLearning modules.
• Implement feedback and revisions to ensure high-quality learning materials.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate, preferably with a background in HR or Learning.
• Professional Background: Instructional Design experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• 0-1 years of experience in content development or instructional design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Learning agility and a positive attitude towards receiving and acting on feedback.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Strong learning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn Rise 360.
• Good communication skills Verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
