Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, with strong expertise in SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) standards and LMS video creation. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create high-quality learning materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
E-learning Development: Design and develop interactive, SCORM-compliant e-learning modules and courses for deployment on various LMS platforms.
Content Creation: Develop multimedia content (videos, graphics, animations) using tools like i-Spring, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
LMS Integration: Ensure seamless integration of e-learning content into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and troubleshoot any SCORM-related issues.
Video Production: Create engaging instructional videos, including scripting, voiceovers, and video editing.
Needs Analysis: Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with SMEs to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards and scripts to guide course development.
Assessment Design: Create quizzes, tests, and other assessment tools to evaluate learning outcomes and retention.
Project Management: Manage multiple instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality reviews and user testing to ensure content accuracy, usability, and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs, trainers, and developers to ensure content meets organizational goals and learner needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and video production.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, i-Spring, Lectora, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SCORM, xAPI, or AICC standards.
Experience with video creation and editing tools (Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Premiere Effects etc.).
Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, etc.).
