Role Overview:


The Associate Director Leadership Hiring will spearhead executive and leadership recruitment strategies, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to support Trianz's organizational goals. This individual will collaborate with senior leaders to align hiring practices with strategic business objectives and drive diversity, innovation, and operational excellence in leadership talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition plan focused on senior leadership roles, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and transformation goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates through strategic sourcing methods, including market mapping, executive search firms, and direct sourcing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with C-suite leaders and business unit heads to understand evolving hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Candidate Engagement & Experience:
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by designing a seamless recruitment process, from outreach to onboarding.
  • Manage sensitive executive-level negotiations and facilitate transitions into the organization.
  • Diversity & Inclusion:
  • Implement strategies to ensure diverse candidate pools, championing inclusive hiring practices to foster innovation and equity.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance Trianz’s employer brand, positioning it as a destination for top leadership talent.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics, presenting actionable insights to leadership teams.


Required Qualifications:


  • Experience: 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years focused on leadership hiring for senior/executive roles in technology, consulting, or digital transformation sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing C-suite and director-level talent across global markets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making for talent strategies.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced certifications in executive search or HR are a plus.
