• Manage executive hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through headhunting techniques and negotiating offers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires by managing multiple projects simultaneously.
