About:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our high-volume hiring and business recruitment efforts.
- This strategic role requires a forward-thinking leader with proven experience in managing large-scale hiring initiatives and driving the recruitment strategy for business-critical roles.
- The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to build and execute robust hiring strategies, and a deep understanding of aligning talent acquisition with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Design and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for volume hiring and business roles to meet organizational growth objectives.
- Volume Hiring Management: Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns for volume roles across various departments, ensuring alignment with business needs and a high-quality candidate experience.
- Business Role Recruitment: Partner with business leaders to strategically plan and hire for key business roles, ensuring talent needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure talent acquisition strategies align with business objectives.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and other key stakeholders, providing insights, data, and solutions to drive recruitment decisions.
- Engage with External Partners: Manage relationships with external agencies, recruitment partners, and vendors to support recruitment needs.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Drive Process Improvements: Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing innovative sourcing, interviewing, and hiring practices.
- Leverage Data and Analytics: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Technology and ATS Utilization: Maximize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to streamline operations and improve candidate engagement.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and Mentor the Talent Acquisition Team: Manage a team of recruiters responsible for volume and business hiring, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to manage high-volume recruitment needs while ensuring focus on strategic business role hiring.
Employer Branding and Talent Pipelining:
- Strengthen Employer Brand: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media, and other talent marketing initiatives.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs, with a focus on high-potential talent for volume and business roles.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred.
- Experience: 8- 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing high-volume and business role recruitment.
- Industry Expertise: Prior experience in managing large-scale hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in [Insert Industry e.g., technology, finance, retail].
- Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and influence senior leaders, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Volume Hiring Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling volume hiring processes while maintaining quality and speed.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
- Technology Proficiency: Strong proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools, with experience leveraging data to optimize recruitment performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
