Job Title : Graphic Designer

Job Summary: Lead Motion Graphic Designer We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content that effectively communicates the brands message across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization Design: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute engaging motion graphics for various digital media, including social media, websites, video platforms, and advertising. Animation Editing: Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender). Storyboarding Scripting: Develop storyboards and scripts to guide the motion design process, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and brand guidelines. Post-Production: Perform video editing, color correction, sound design, and other post-production tasks to ensure a polished final product. Knowledge in Assist video shoots, including setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and other production equipment as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand design needs, provide creative solutions, and deliver on project goals. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the companys visual output remains fresh and competitive. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in motion graphic design, animation, or a related field. Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience in Blender is a plus. Strong understanding of video production processes, including camera operation and lighting techniques. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition. Creative Skills: Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
