About the Department:
The corporate finance department in the company handles all the financial and investment decisions. It primarily focuses on maximizing shareholder value through long-term and short-term financial planning and the implementation of various strategies. It aims to maximize the value of a business through the planning and execution of resources.
Role & Responsibilities
The Associate is expected to manage and supervise all the finance and accounts functions and ensure proper maintenance of accounting systems of the Company. The individual is expected to manage payroll processing functions like computation of salaries, taxation, attendance, leave management, and fixed & variable entitlements; adhered to statutory compliances as per the companys requirements from time to time. The individual should be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment while managing the team.
