About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Product & Consumer Insights Researcher who is committed to delivering clear, actionable human and product insights. This role requires a strong foundation in both ethnography and product research, making prior experience in both disciplines essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze research studies to help product teams understand key success factors.
- Develop meaningful consumer segmentation and prioritization strategies for business and brand teams.
- Test and analyze new prototypes with target consumers to refine and optimize product development.
- Balance in-person and automated research insights to drive product excellence.
- Formulate research hypotheses, conduct analysis, and synthesize findings into clear, concise reports aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of overall research experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in physical product research, leading projects from planning to execution.
- Expertise in designing and conducting mixed-method user research.
- Passion for experimenting with research methodologies to improve outcomes.
- Strong facilitation and user interaction skills.
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to documentation.
- Adherence to strong ethical standards in research.
