Objectives of this role:
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for product portfolio in India, including smartphones, tablets, and accessories. This role will focus on driving brand growth, customer engagement, and business results across online, offline, and B2B channels.
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target audience in the target audience market.
- Ensuring the marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimizing marketing spends to achieve maximum ROI.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
- Experience in scaling marketing operations, managing international marketing teams or expanding into new markets.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal considerations related to marketing activities in India.
- Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations and their implications for marketing practices.
- Working experience in a Manufacturing company is a must
Education : Full-time MBA preferred.
Experience :
- 18+ years in marketing, with expertise in manufacturing/B2B industries.
- Proven track record in media planning/buying, retail marketing, and digital strategy.
- Hands-on experience in product marketing, consumer research, and public relations.
Competencies :
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in managing CRM tools and owned digital media.
Native-level proficiency in Indian languages and fluency in English
