Hr Executive And Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compliance Management

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, and labour laws.
• Prepare and submit compliance documentation to relevant authorities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a healthy workplace environment.
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage offer rollouts, background verification, and employee onboarding formalities.
• Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new employees.

HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintain and update HR records, including offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR software updates (KEKA).
• Manage and update essential HR registers like Loans, Fines, and Overtime.

Insurance & Benefits Administration

• Handle employee insurance policies, including health, accident, and life insurance.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for claims, enrollments, and renewals.
• Address employee queries regarding benefits and insurance coverage.

Travel & Logistics Coordination

• Arrange employee travel and accommodation as per company policies.
• Ensure cost-effective and efficient booking processes.
• Address any travel-related issues or modifications in bookings.
