Trak N Tell - Team Lead - Telesales (5-7 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Trains the tele-sales team, as required

- Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of the tele-sales team

- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

- Implements sales strategies

- Communicates targets to the team

- Develops scripts for use by the tele-sales team

- Manages the telesales team

- Measures team performance

- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices

- Encourages and motivates the tele-sales team to achieve their targets

- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Senior Management
