Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills in communication, convincing ability, team training, learning and development, and motivation.
  
• Develop curriculum for various training sessions based on business requirements.
  
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of trained employees.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in employee performance.
  
• Provide coaching support to trainees to improve their soft skills.
