- Coordinate and implement end-to-end logistics online and in-person learning offerings, ensuring all pre- and post-event communications are sent.
- Facilitate or provide support for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and serve as a technical producer in virtual classrooms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and functional leads to ensure the successful delivery and completion of New Hire Orientation.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring smooth operations, content management, enrolment, and scheduling all learning programs.
- Develop and update standardized tools and reporting systems for consistent access to learning data and generate both standard and custom reports.
- Support regular reporting on learning metrics including usage, completion, satisfaction, and other key indicators.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master s degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
