Job Description
The position of an Manager / Sr. Manager Training involves overseeing and managing the training and development programs within an organization. This includes designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance, as well as aligning training strategies with business goals. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading a team, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring effective learning experiences to support employee growth and organizational success.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, performance gaps, and skill development requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative training methods to ensure the training curriculum remains relevant and impactful.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees, promoting the value of ongoing skill enhancement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on training initiatives, progress, and outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on training initiatives, content strategy effectiveness, and hiring progress.
- Ensures that various training methods are being utilized, including presentations, role-playing, and interactive activities.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and address any questions or concerns.
- Develop and curate training content on the Intranet Portal
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate with 1 year Manager / 3+ years as AM Training experience on paper can apply.
- Should have Excellent communication skills.
- Should be from BPO background.
- Comfortable to work in rotational shifts
