Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for Soft Skills, Process Training, Voice & Accent (V&A), and Communication skills to clients across various industries.
  
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
  
• Provide coaching support to trainees during on-the-job training sessions.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and assessments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry as a Trainer or Coach.
  
• Strong expertise in Soft Skills Training, Process Training, Voice & Accent (V&A) training, Communication skills development.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to design interactive session plans using adult learning principles.
