• Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in BPO.
• Should have experience as a Trainer for at least 2 years.
• Experience in Telecom domain would be an added advantage.
• Should be able to calculate Throughput.
• Should be aware of TTT, TNA, TNI, OJT.
• Should be aware of RAG Analysis.
• Candidate should be good in communication.
• Should be able to converse in any of the regional languages.
