Quantity Surveyor

1. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor.

2. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for reviewing pre-bid tender documents, estimating/quantities for road work and all bridge works, analysing terms & conditions of tender, post tender submission activities. Preparation of bill of quantities for Railway Bridges, & structures, typical cross sections and detailed drawings using Auto CAD. Calculating major materials required for projects, change of scope proposals, and documentation of records. Verifying and certifying the subcontractor bills and other works as assigned by your superiors.

3. Qualifications:

B-tech or Diploma (Civil) .

4. Experience:

5 years of experience as a QS.
