Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OHE-PSI Project Coordinator with 15+ years of experience in the Overhead Electrification (OHE) and Power Supply Installation (PSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, specifically with 2x25kV OHE projects, and a proven track record in the successful delivery of large-scale electrical projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all phases of OHE-PSI projects, from initial planning to execution, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Lead and manage the overall coordination of OHE-PSI projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and monitoring of all project stages.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
2. Technical Expertise:
• Provide deep technical knowledge and support for OHE-PSI and 2x25kV system installations.
• Ensure all design, installation, and commissioning activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of OHE-PSI systems, ensuring full operational capacity upon completion.
3. Team Coordination and Supervision:
• Manage and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
4. Budget and Cost Control:
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that the project is delivered within financial constraints.
• Track and report on project expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, preferably with specialization in Power Systems or Electrical Distribution.
• Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in managing OHE-PSI projects, with a focus on Overhead Electrification and Power Supply Installation.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of OHE-PSI systems and 2x25kV installations, including design, installation, and testing processes.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, electrical distribution systems, and power systems.
