Role & responsibilities

• Manage land acquisition projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential sites for purchase or lease.
• Negotiate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deals.

• Candidate must have knowledge about geography of base location
• Good Negotiation skills
• Local candidate is added advantage.
