Land Acquisition Executive

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Land Acquisition Specialist for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land for various development projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of real estate markets, zoning laws, and land use regulations. The Land Acquisition Specialist will work closely with developers, legal teams, and local government officials to ensure that all land acquisitions are completed efficiently and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis.
• Evaluate the feasibility of potential land acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations.
• Work with local government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and real estate agents.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage the due diligence process for land acquisitions.
• Monitor and track the progress of land acquisition projects.
• Ensure all land acquisitions are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Assist in the development of land acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align land acquisition efforts with company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Provide support during the closing process of land transactions.

Requirements :

• Qualification - Graduation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets and zoning laws.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with GIS and mapping software is a plus.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and assessments.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and surveys.
