Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Coordinator to oversee and manage mystery shopping and stock audit projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insightful reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation for mystery shopping and stock audit projects.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to the established plan and resolving any issues that arise.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including data analysts, field auditors, and mystery shoppers, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate project updates and results to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Team Coordination:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of field auditors and mystery shoppers.
• Assign tasks, set performance goals, and ensure that the team meets quality standards.
• Oversee the collection and validation of data from audits and mystery shopping activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Adaptability and flexibility in managing changing project requirements.
