Executive EHS

Job Description:

Looking for an EHS officer with 3-to-5 years of field experience, who will be facilitating compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines. His/her main goal will be to ensure safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents, record keeping and preparing reports. He should be well verse with HIRA, statutory requirements and ISO-45001 clausal requirements.

Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and implement EHS policies and programs
2. Conduct TBTs and induction training for contract workmen
3. Conduct regular inspection of various tools/equipments for safety adherence
4. Prepare weekly/monthly report for management
5. Review existing policies and procedures
6. Conduct risk assessment
7. Enforce preventative measures
8. Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations

9. Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' safety

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

Diploma (Engg.) or Science Graduate with DIS and 5 years of experience OR Degree (Engg.) with DIS and 3 years of experience.

Must have Skills /Essential Knowledge: HIRA, Statutory Requirements, ISO 45001
