Job Overview:

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary
• responsibility of the Academic Counsellor will be to engage with students, understand their educational
• aspirations, and guide them through the process of enrolling in our various coaching programs (CAT,
• CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary & etc). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counseling students
• for these specific exams and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Interact with prospective students and their families to understand their

academic goals and recommend appropriate courses and coaching programs (CAT, CLAT, IPM,

CUET, Judiciary & etc).

• Admissions Guidance: Assist students in the entire enrollment process, including course

selection, fee structure explanation, and program details.

• Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into enrollments by addressing their

concerns, and providing them with the right information to make informed decisions.

• Student Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a positive

counseling experience and increase student retention.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably with a focus on

competitive exams like CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET & Judiciary.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in education,

psychology, or business).

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to

articulate complex information clearly and concisely to students and parents.
