Role & responsibilities

The Academic Counsellor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals. This role involves assisting students in course selection, academic planning, and addressing challenges they may face during their educational journey. The counsellor ensures students are aware of available resources and opportunities to enhance their academic success.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in academic advising, counselling, or education.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in academic advising software and MS Office.
