We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our energetic sales team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and sales tactics.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel.
Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new markets, clients, and product/service offerings.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, highlighting the value of our products/services and addressing customer concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any graduate who is willing to work. MBA is a plus.
