We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and hands-on experience with the Adobe Experience Platform stack, particularly with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), and Adobe Target. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and experience in implementing and optimizing customer experiences through the Adobe Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Experience Platform components, including AJO, RT-CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target, to meet business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
Data Integration and Management: Work closely with data engineering teams to integrate various data sources into the Adobe Experience Platform. Ensure data is accurately modeled and ingested for real-time customer segmentation and activation.
Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring seamless and personalized customer experiences across various touchpoints.
Analytics and Insights: Utilize Customer Journey Analytics to analyze customer interactions and provide actionable insights. Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of customer engagement strategies.
Testing and Optimization: Use Adobe Target to conduct A/B testing and personalization initiatives. Continuously optimize campaigns and user experiences based on testing results and data-driven insights.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data engineering, and analytics, to align strategies and achieve business goals. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to AEP components. Ensure system reliability and performance through regular monitoring and maintenance.
Requirements
Bachelordegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including AJO, RT-CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and real-time data activation.
Experience with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in using data engineering tools and technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Certification in Adobe Experience Platform is a plus.
