Function: Research and Development About the Role : : We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles Responsibilities::

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and provides a superior user experience. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executives and team members.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

RD Related Tech Stack: Qualifications: :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field. 15 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software. Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Health care industry or technology relevant to Triyam. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
