Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and provides a superior user experience. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executives and team members.
Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

RD Related Tech Stack:

15 yrs experience in hands on research and development. Must lead a team of high performing research and development software engineers.
Must have hands on experience in implementing solutions in technology areas.
Experience in building SSO using SAML, Oauth or any other protocols with major Idps Experience in building user provision solution using SCIM Experience in Dicom files management Experience in healthcare RCM solution development Experience in healthcare EDI files coding, conversion and management Experience in Elastic Search
Experience in NoSQL solutions Experience in Data Lake Experience working with Azure services (like Azure Data Factory, AI services)
Experience working with AWS S3 Experience in building complex and user-friendly UI/UI Experience in fixing Web application Security Vulnerability with dynamic or status code scanning tools experience
Experience in documents management - handling large files storage, view, merge print with specific experience in handling pdf, rtf, multi-page tilff
Experience in solving High Memory usage bottlenecks Experience in AI/ML solution integration

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field. 15 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Proficiency in product management tools and software. Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Health care industry or technology relevant to Triyam. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Competencies :
