The role involves extracting data and building tailored reports from Meditech MAGIC, Client/Server, and Expanse platforms to support operational and clinical decision-making.

Extract and analyze data from Meditech MAGIC, Client/Server, and Expanse systems.
Design and develop custom NPR reports based on organizational requirements.
Should have knowledge in MediTech SQL Database/ MUMPS Database.
Should have sufficient knowledge in EArchive and EChart. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

Optimize and troubleshoot data extraction processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Validate extracted data for integrity and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Provide support and training to end-users on report usage and data interpretation.

Qualification: :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Masters degree in a related field, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Meditech MAGIC, Client/Server, and Expanse systems.
Strong expertise in creating NPR (Non-Procedural Representation) reports.
Proficient in SQL and other data query/reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with databases like SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based storage solutions.
Experience with agile development methodologies. Knowledge of security practices and ensuring patient data privacy.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in healthcare IT or working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
