Job Description

Our Role overview:
We are looking for seasoned Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition with a strong background in passive candidate sourcing and headhunting. This role demands a 360-degree approach to recruitment, where you TAG (Recruiters) will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing offers and building talent and talent referral relationships. Ideal candidates will possess a proactive, results-driven mindset and thrive in identifying high-quality candidates, particularly those in the passive job market.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition
1. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement EXPERIENCE IS MUST:
  • Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media, and niche platforms) to identify top-tier passive candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a quality PASSIVE talent pipeline to meet both current and future client needs.
  • Conduct targeted headhunting efforts to approach and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Build lasting relationships with passive candidates to nurture interest in new opportunities update CRM/ATS accordingly.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment experience MUST:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate mapping, research, outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each client and role based on Industry, domain and tailor-made need of clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and company culture.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Managing Partners, account managers, HR Managers, hiring managers and clients to provide market insights and recommend the best-fit talent.
3. Client and Stakeholder Management is MUST:
  • Deep Understanding clients REQUIREMENT IS MUST on their hiring needs, pain points, and talent acquisition goals.
  • Provide guidance and consultative expertise to clients on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business.
4. Data-Driven Recruitment is NICE TO HAVE:
  • Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, sourcing channel effectiveness, quality of hire).
  • Provide regular progress updates and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Networking and Market Intelligence is NICE TO HAVE:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to ensure a competitive edge in sourcing top talent.
  • Actively participate in networking events, professional groups, and forums to expand your talent pool and client base.
Key Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
  • Proven success in full-desk recruitment, managing both client and candidate relationships.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience recruiting in specialized Technology and Lifesciences
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools such as Hubspot, VMS, Ceipal.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets.
