Area Business Manager - Apparel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned area.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., merchandising, operations) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in apparel industry or related field with expertise in area business management, floor management, manpower management, operations management, sales management, or similar roles.
  
• M.Com degree from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
