Key Responsibilities:

- Business Planning & Market Intelligence

- Analyze commercial real estate trends to support business expansion.

- Provide insights for network expansion and cascade plans to the team.

- Property Identification & Onboarding

- Allocate regions for property scouting.

- Shortlist and approve properties based on business criteria.

- Conduct negotiations with landlords to align with budget constraints.

- Oversee legal due diligence and finalize agreements.

Relationship Management

- Maintain relationships with key landlords, mall developers, and stakeholders.

- Ensure timely rent payments and handle escalations.

- Renegotiate contracts for renewals and underperforming properties.

Franchisee Acquisition

- Identify and engage potential franchisees with strong business backgrounds.

- Manage partnerships for franchise expansion.

People Management

- Collaborate with HR for recruitment.

- Monitor team performance and provide development opportunities.

- Education: Postgraduate degree in Management.

- Experience: 10-12 years in retail business development, especially in real estate projects.
