Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels to meet sales targets.
  
• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve store appearance.
  
• Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in watches or jewelry industry with expertise in retail management.
  
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including manpower management, shrinkage control, floor management, and visual merchandising.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
